1. Where can I track my parcel?
For most packages, you can go to www.17track.net to see the recent updates. For some special shipping options, you would have to go to other sites, please contact us if you need any help. (email to: email@example.com)
2. Why is there no tracking updates per the tracking number I'm given? Is my parcel lost?
Don't panic when you run into this situation, our service team is always ready to help out. If there are no tracking updates at all, it might be a delay in domestic transit. If the tracking has stopped updating for a long time, mostly it happens because of a delay in transit or the customs.
During busy seasons, like Black Friday, the actual shipping duration is usually longer. Because the customs and local post system have much more parcels to process compared to normal. Other force majeure like natural disasters, strike, would also affect the final shipping efficiency.
3.When will you ship?
Your parcel would be handled within 1-3 business days. But please also understand that because of the limited supply of action figure products, sometimes we would need longer to get hold of goods from our suppliers. We would try out best to arrange shipping for you as soon as possible.
4. What if the parcel gets lost during transit?
After we consult the carrier and confirm the lost of the parcel, we would refund you for the full price, or arrange a resend for you, according to your preference.
